Thanks to Let's Players and Small Game Update

First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has downloaded the game so far, I really appreciate it! Seeing all the let's plays is awesome. After watching the let's plays, I have implemented these changes:
- Fixed trigger boxes and some jump scares not being triggered correctly.
- The timing on some of the jump scares seem to be a bit off, So I have tried to fix those as well
- Added a death screen ( NGL should have been there from the start, but its there now)
- Other small bug fixes. 

Hope the experience is a bit more enjoyable and consistent.
